The songstress is surprise headliner at Scruffy Live this Wednesday (September 3) at the Star Of Bethnal Green in east London.
This weekend's Bestival on the Isle Of Wight caps a triumphant summer for Marling, whose album 'Alas, I Cannot Swim' has been nominated for the Nationwide Mercury Prize.
Support on Wednesday comes from Eastbourne-based alt-rockers The Late Greats.
Scruffy Live kicks sour at 8pm, with tickets available on the door at �6 before 9pm and �9 after.
